Product Overview

To better understand how the system works we first need to understand what a predictive dialer is. A Predictive Dialing system is a computerized outbound dialing system that only connects agents to calls answered by real people, most of the time.

Predictive Dialers learn to anticipate when an agent will become available, and then accelerate or decrease the outbound dialing rate accordingly. So as more agents use the system, the system adapts and improves its accuracy at predicting average call length and agent availability.

This system maximizes the on-phone talk time of each agent, and the overall result is, more prospects are contacted in a shorter period of time.


  Features

Bulets Web-Hosted Dialer: The only requirement for using our hosted predictive dialer system is a computer with an internet connection and a headset. There is no need to invest into heavy machinery nor telephone hardware. Administration and support are handled by the Mortgage Dialer service department.
 
Bulets Increase Talk Time: Mortgage Dialer detects the result of the call and transfers your Agents to calls which are answered by people. Accordingly it saves your agent's time of manually dialing telephone numbers and subsequently listening to ringing tones, answering machines, unanswered calls, busy signals, fax machines, and disconnected lines will be a thing of the past.
 
Bulets Remote Connectivity: In today's ever changing online business world more and more people are start work from remote locations or from home. Our technology allows for the agent and supervisors to connect and makes calls from anywhere in the world. The only requirement is a headset and a computer with a stable internet connection.
 
Bulets VOIP Service: Mortgage Dialer does not function under your existing phone service provider. Your Agents will be making calls through our VOIP provider, using the free X-lite or Eyebeam softphone. You will get at-cost rates and therefore save a substantial amount of money by cutting out your standard phone service provider.
 
Bulets Call Recording: Listen in on Agent's live and previously made calls. Recorded calls allow you to monitor your Agent's overall performance to monitor their computer activity and study recorded calls for agent coaching. Recorded calls will also help you improve customer support and resolve disputes.  
 
Bulets Software Updates: With our hosted predictive dialer solution you will also get the benefit of receiving new features and enhancements automatically at no extra charge.
 
Bulets Call back and Scheduling: Your Agents have the ability to schedule a call back by date and time. Mortgage Dialer will then dial these records depending on the time slots defined. This allows you to increase your Agent's productivity significantly by maximizing your effective contact rate.
 
Bulets Real-time Statistics: Extensive list of reporting features include: talk time, pause time, number of live calls, disposition records. The real-time reports admin displays your Agent's current call activity (e.g., on a call, paused, waiting for a call, length of current call, total calls placed) and more.
 
Bulets DNC List Management: We respect the government's Do-Not-Call list legislations. Once your Agent marks the lead as a Do-Not-Call number it will be placed into our internal database. Our system will then make sure to never call a lead with that number again. However, it is still your responsibility to abide by all state and federal laws and regulations. Bulets Lead Management: Set lead-specific disposition codes after every call. Your Agents will then be able to report the status (e.g., interested, not interested, call back, do not call) and manage the overall progress of the lead. You can also search through specific criteria's to find applicable information within your leads as well as its notes and dispositions.
 
Bulets Call Transfer: Your agents have the ability to transfer a call to a local user with full lead information or by entering a custom telephone number. This function is typically used for companies with telemarketers that transfer hot leads to closers.
 
Bulets Lead Form: The dialer system is pre-set with a 1003 form which includes all the standard fields. However, all criteria's on the lead form are completely customizable.
 
Bulets Call times: Our call times feature automatically makes sure to follow call restriction time zones for each state, respectively. You will never have to worry about accidentally making calls during restricted hours.
