requirement for using our hosted predictive dialer system is a computer with
an internet connection and a headset. There is no need to invest into heavy machinery nor
telephone hardware. Administration and support are handled by the Mortgage
Dialer service department.

VOIP Service: Mortgage Dialer
does not function under your existing phone service provider. Your Agents
will be making calls through our VOIP provider, using the free X-lite or
Eyebeam softphone. You will get at-cost rates and therefore save a
substantial amount of money by cutting out your standard phone service
provider.

Call Recording: Listen in on
Agent's live and previously made calls. Recorded calls allow you to monitor
your Agent's overall performance to monitor their computer activity and
study recorded calls for agent coaching. Recorded calls will also help you
improve customer support and resolve disputes.

hosted predictive dialer solution you will also get the benefit of receiving
new features and enhancements automatically at no extra charge.

Call back and Scheduling:
Your Agents have the ability to schedule a call back by date and time.
Mortgage Dialer will then dial these records depending on the time slots
defined. This allows you to increase your Agent's productivity significantly
by maximizing your effective contact rate.

Real-time Statistics:
Extensive list of reporting features include: talk time, pause time, number
of live calls, disposition records. The real-time reports admin displays
your Agent's current call activity (e.g., on a call, paused, waiting for a
call, length of current call, total calls placed) and more.

DNC List Management: We
respect the government's Do-Not-Call list legislations. Once your Agent
marks the lead as a Do-Not-Call number it will be placed into our internal
database. Our system will then make sure to never call a lead with that

Lead Management: Set
lead-specific disposition codes after every call. Your Agents will then be
able to report the status (e.g., interested, not interested, call back, do
not call) and manage the overall progress of the lead. You can also search
through specific criteria's to find applicable information within your leads
as well as its notes and dispositions.

Call Transfer: Your agents have the ability to transfer a call to a local user with full lead information or by entering a custom telephone number. This function is typically used for companies with telemarketers that transfer hot leads to closers.

Lead Form: The dialer system
is pre-set with a 1003 form which includes all the standard fields. However,
all criteria's on the lead form are completely customizable.

Call times: Our call times
feature automatically makes sure to follow call restriction time zones for
each state, respectively. You will never have to worry about accidentally
making calls during restricted hours. |
